Back in 1989, understanding only a few words of Portuguese, we followed the recipe of a local liquor. Our poor translation gave birth to this award-winning drink.
Every year, we take out the Moscatel liquor from its wooden barrel and we put new harvest's Moscatel liquor in it. The mother - the 33-year-old barrel with wild yeasts - then teaches 'the son' to become liquor.
Powerful and sweet, Bonjardim Moscatel liquor is a red dessert wine that pairs deliciously with a cheese platter or a (savory) dessert. Enjoy it with some good friends.

Keep at around 18 ℃ (65 ℉). Ensure the temperature doesn’t change more than 1 degree per month.
You can easily leave the bottle open for up to a week after opening.
